Canadian visit

Eating out in Vancouver, a gem of an eaterie for the best brunch ever - Snickerty Jim's Chat' N' Chew

Egg's Benedict with Brie and Figs which comes with a side of wedges. 

This brunch saw me through until 8pm.

And little bro' ate scrambled egg tacos Mexican style!

And the munchkin ate scrambled eggs drizzled (drenched) in maple syrup, toast and jam with a side of roasted garlic just for a twist! 

You Canadians really know how to do brunch!!

Ready for a day on the beach and then on to Commercial Drive in the evening to top up the taste and olfactory senses with a bit of Italian at Marcello's. Pizza made in the best oven I've seen to date. 

And to round the day off a few little critters made a right feast of my legs. How can such tiny things inflict so much pain, they are eating me alive!

Well this one OD'd but ended its days quite sated!

Acrylic nails

Well I bit the bullet and got some acrylic nails put on my toes!

They are not the uniform, perfectly shaped nails that most people have but they are such an improvement on my real nails that its thumbs up (or big toes up) from me.

Acrylic nails????

Mmmm, am considering getting acrylic nails on my toes! Or should I get Gel - oh I just don't know I've never had either before. 

Oh for a little advice!

Best fish n chips ever

These are honestly, the best, the tastiest, the most filling fish n chips I have ever eaten!

Found here, The White Horse, Overstrand, Norfolk. Just near Sheringham & Cromer. Well worth a special trip if you are in the vicinity.

hibernation over!

I feel like I have been hibernating for almost a year!
I got so caught up in work that I abandoned my blog and work took over. However, I am hoping to get a few posts going over the hols, so, big yawn, a stretch and away I go.
